Adunar is back to the top with an amazing list of performances and a new title in Toronto. A huge duel between a spanish player and a swiss player (it reminds me something from the atp) will continue until the end of this season. Thanks and congratulations to latizada and Adunar !

Nelson has met Adunar during Cincinnati when he was leading the tournament (juste before the victory of Djoko/gasgalarza).



Nelson LLTL : We knew you were back when you won in Monte Carlo ! And what a performace during the last month : SF in Wimbledon, final in Newport, title at Kitzbuhel and now Toronto, your third M1000 during the season (new world record of course). More than 2000 points in one moth, what happened ? Did the antidoping agents go on strike ? :)

Adunar : 2120 points in 4 tournaments is... unbelievable. I am really surprised myself. And i never got the final winner correctly in the whole stretch! Most surprisingly, I have not been controlled at all by the anti-doping LLTL agency. I hope the lucky streak goes on :)

Nelson LLTL : Unfortunately (for you) latizada maintains a very high level of performance, with 2 finals during the 2 last tournaments. But "only" 2600pts remain between you two. When do you think you can overtake him ? Before the end of the year ? Or at the AO2019 when he will have 2000pts to defend ?

Adunar : Latizada is simply unplayable at the moment. And when I get a win, he gets SF or F, it is just SO impressive. 2600 points is a hell lot and I think my best shot will be between the Australian Open and Miami. After that, i will have a lot of points to defend. But even so, the odds are not really with me. My only chance is that something happens in Latizada's life... who knows, maybe an "unexpected" doping control?!
