Félicitations pour votre deuxième place à Hambourg, qui confirme vos excellents résultats de ces derniers mois (4 demies finales dont une en GC et 2 finales sur les 4 derniers mois) et vous vois intégrer le top 15 de la race ! Seule la victoire vous échappe, que vous manque-t-il d'après vous pour atteindre le graal ?

NimoNimal : Salut Micka, je pense que c'est ma culture française qui m'empêche de gagner, ce serait faire injure à la FFL que de gagner, alors je vise toujours la 2e place ! Gagner serait une forme de défaite pour moi

MickaëLLTLlodra : On me souffle dans l'oreillette que votre chouchou sur le circuit est un certain Stan Wawrinka, et votre regain de forme après une saison compliquée semble correspondre à son retour au premier plan. Pensez-vous que cela continuera pour vous comme pour lui pour la tournée américaine sur dur ? Si ce n'était le cas pour ce cher Stan, vous pensez-vous capable de tout de même continuer sur votre lignée et performer jusqu'à la fin d'année ?

NimoNimal : Pour la tournée américaine je crois que j'avais des résultats fort mauvais alors ce sera difficile de faire pire je pense ! Pour ce cher Stan, il a l'air en forme alors je le verrais bien gagner un M1000 avant la fin de l'année

Nelson : Congratulations for you last performances (runner-up at Gstaad, SF at Wimbledon)! You're now ranked number 5 at the LLTL Race. What are your expectations for the rest of the season ?

Tono : Thanks for the congrats regarding Gstaad and Wimbledon, I missed an opportunity to win the Gstaad tourney on LLTL by not picking Dusan Lajovic to win one match, but that's how it goes sometimes.
I was very happy with my semi-final performance at Wimbledon, that result catapulted me into the Top 5 in the season race, I now hope to remain in the Top 5 for the rest of the year, however I will need consistent results in the Masters events and at the US Open to keep the momentum going, if I get a little lucky I might be able to climb even higher hopefully.

Nelson : Let's talk a few seconds about your top20. It seems that even you doesn't trust Mr Kyrgios :) And what do you think about Zverev's disappointing season ?

Tono : In regards to my Top 20 picks at season's end, no I didn't trust Kyrgios to make it at all, (I'm from New Zealand by the way), Nick is too up and down for me, when it comes to talent he is probably among the Top 10, but mentally maybe he isn't even in the Top 100. haha
Zverev has been really disappointing so far this year, I think winning the World Tour Finals last year may not have been such a good thing for him, he may have thought the rest will come too easy after that win perhaps, it will be really interesting to see how he finishes the year off.
