Once again, the LLTL offers a greater show than the ATP, with the unexpected victory of babass at the 2016 Australian Open. A veteran of the tour who wins his first title !

LLTL, Nelson : After almost 30 tournaments played among the LLTL, here is your first title, and a Grand Slam ! You will also have the opportunity to be part of the LLTL Top 5. How can you convince the public that your unexpected victory is not another match-fixing scandal ?

babass : Thanks Nelson. The rules of last year allowed us to play like amateurs, but the new rules were an electroshock to me, so I started working more seriously with my mental coach and the results are already here !
About the suspicion, I'm not sure it really exists. Maybe just some jealousy (especially from chucknorris who is the only historical player without any title). He should stop criticizing the great creator of this website, and maybe he'll finally win a tournament !
Otherwise, I let the referees and organizers check my keyboard and racket, in order to be sure that I do not have a hidden engine.

LLTL, Nelson : Congratulations Adunar for your great performance ! What a start in the LLTL. Finalist at your first Grand Slam, and already ranked number 2 at the Race. What do you expect this year in the LLTL ?

Adunar : Yes it was my first LLTL competition and got very close to win it. Very happy about that! I am a regular fantasy tennis player (e.g. www.tennisdrawchallenge.com where I manage the website with some friends), been plaIng some games for now 5-6 years. I surely hope to be competitive enough all year long in order to have a good year-end finish, possibly at the top. #1 is a big challenge but I have been doing draws for 6 years and I hope I can build on that.

Nelson : We heard a lot of rumours the past weeks about hypothetical match-fixing. And now babass won his first title. Isn't it too big to be true ? What do you think about all of this ?

Adunar : Surely he had some good intel about Raonic ;-) and about Stan who was a bit sick. But getting information is a big part of the game. Just kidding of course.

Thank you for allowing me to denounce this mascarade : on monday we discover a huge match-fixing scandal in tennis, on wednesday Nadal and Paire are defeated, killing all my chances to do a good performance, and a week later Luka Babassatic wins the trophy. Coincidence? ? I don't think so...
I'm trying to forget all of this by taking some holidays, far from the noisy tour. If I found a good internet connection, I hope I'll win few more points at Montpellier.
